Dear Friend, 

My name is Kalyn. My husband, Aaron Reinhardt, is a Republican Candidate for State Senate District 37. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking face-to-face with over 500 of you on your doorsteps, and hope to meet many more before the Primary election on June 18th. I am committed to this goal because I wholeheartedly believe Aaron is who our community needs in Senate leadership, and I will work tirelessly to communicate this as best I can. Secondly, I have truly enjoyed listening and talking with you, and your voices matter deeply to our family. While you have likely received information about Aaron’s campaign, I wish to convey what sets him apart and why he is so well equipped to be a fantastic Senator.

Aaron and I met at Jenks High School, quickly became high school sweethearts, and will celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary this summer. I have walked beside this man for more than half of my life, and through many seasons. His quick wit and persona may have caught my attention, but it was his strength of character that captured my heart, and has it to this day. 

Aaron is rooted by his faith in Jesus, steadfast in his convictions, unwavering in integrity. He earns the respect of everyone he encounters by his genuine, approachable, and engaging nature. People feel seen, heard, and valued around Aaron, and he is committed to staying fully engaged with the people he would be honored to represent in this District. 

Aaron is a natural leader. His presence can fill a room, but he does not seek the spotlight for his own glory. Rather, he uses whatever platform he has to make an impactful difference in everything he is involved in. Although he is confident in who he is, he is more interested in learning who you are. Then, with a heart that is eager to serve, he will use his leadership skills to speak up, stand firm, and seek out tangible ways to help make a positive change where there is the need. 

Aaron is a champion for others. Whether he is coaching youth sports, volunteering in one of many capacities in our community, advocating on behalf of his business customers, or pouring into our family, he knows how to bring out the best in people, and fight FOR people. Aaron consistently does the gritty leg work behind the scenes, in order to achieve optimal efficiency, goals, and solutions on behalf of those he cares about. In doing so, he sets a strong example in word and deed that raises the bar for those around him. Our state needs and deserves leaders that continually raise the standard in this way. 

Lastly, Aaron seeks no accolade, pat on the back, or feather in his cap by running for this office. He simply knows he can help, and cannot ignore the call to take action. He has counted the cost and the sacrifice, and he stands ready and equipped to serve, with the full support of his family. 

We know there is work to be done. Aaron is unafraid, and stands ready to lead the charge.
